1501: Pennant of Vietnam era marked with “1 Bn” and “4 RAR” “ANZAC” with Kiwi and Aboriginal figure over “Vietnam May 1968-69” all on a green back ground. Faded with age and moth damage at base. An usual item from the Vietnam era. Measures approx 420 mm by 280mm.
1502: Leather Belt Pouch 5 1/2" x 4" mkd W.H. Travis & Co ChCh Saddlers, plus on back N Broad Arrow Z. Comes with a tatty packet of 10rds .303 Cordite dated 1919. This is a NZ Military Forces 1912 pouch for use by School Cadets. Ref page 161 NZ Army Personal Equipment by T. O'Sullivans.

1506: M1 Carbine Dual 30rd Magazine clip in unissued excellent condition.
1507: Brass Compass, painted black, approx 50mm in diameter no markers name or marks noted. Compass in good working condition comes in a leather pouch that shows much use. Overall GC Pic
1508: WWI British Brass Military Verners Pattern VII Compass, 53 mm in diameter, made by “Gruchon & Emons London 1916’. Glass face cracked, Broad Arrow marked. Compass appears at fault, FC to GC. Comes in a leather pouch with faint markings of 'L.F.&Co'.
1509: Webbing. Two strap for a pack, One rifle sling, one pair of ankle gaiters, Marked D.A.Co's 1943. GC
1510: Military Prismatic MKIII style compass Mk III with mother of pearl face. Marked 'USIL’ 'No 0453/73’ ‘6605-99-960-0789’. Appears to be in good working order. Shows signs of use, with wear to original finish on edges. Comes in a leather carrying pouch. Pic
1511: WW2 Military Prismatic MKIII Compass dated 1945 made by T G Co Ltd London. Broad Arrow marked US M2 Artillery compasses in plastic carry case. Missing a screw to the rear sight holder. Fair to GC. Shows signs of use, with wear to original finish. Complete with a 1937 pattern webbing compass pouch. GC. Pic
1512: Leather WWI 90 round ammo bandolier. Marked 'W&A GALLEY 1915' GC for age will come up nicely after a clean and a polish.
1513: Equipment. Nine pouch leather Cavalry Bandolier. Brown leather with brass fittings. Most pouches full of .303 ammo. Pic
1514: British Gas Mask and Bag. Mask mkd AVON 11-40 and Normal. Bag dated 1941. Back pouch flap has owners details of a Lt Col. VGC.
1515: Gas Mask and Bag. Gas mask is WW2 era Civilian model with plastic one piece viewing window. Comes in a canvas khaki bag with white cotton shoulder strap. Bag mkd EHP (H) Ltd 1942. VGC.
1516: WWI British brass military compass Verners Pattern VIII, 53 mm in diameter, marked ‘F-L’ and ‘1917’ along Broad Arrow mark. Compass appears at fault otherwise GC. Comes in leather pouch marked L.F.& Co 1916’. Pouch complete with shoulder strap. Pic

1518: Head space gauges for .303 Lee Enfield rifles, four in total: .064, .067, .070, .074. Two are marked Parker Hale, one is marked BSA and the other is marked BMC. All in clean condition.
1519: Leather Saddle Bucket stamped N Broad Arrow Z. Brown leather with brass fittings. Has two belt loops that appear to have been added later. Securing strap at bottom and two straps to the side, one has been removed. GC.
1520: Holster. Reddish brown Vinyl construction with leather belt loops. Indistinct round ink stamp inside. Possibly for a Russian Tokarev pistol.
1521: Holster. Brown leather holster for long barrelled Black Powder Revolver. Modern construction with US to flap Model USMR 1847 to back and Hand Crafted by Lucky Hall. GC
1522: Leather rifle scabbard marked 'Nobes & Hunt Ltd 1915' GC for age will come up nicely with a bit TLC.
1523: Helmet -WWII Mk II Helmet with NPZ marked chin strap clips, and Mk I liner. Liner fair condition, dry and rubber buffer starting to perish, shell in good condition with unusual netting and remnants of green camo paint
1524: Helmet - WWI British Brodie raw edge helmet. Outer shell with aged patina, lot of the finish worn, dent near crown, liner with chin strap. Liner with insect holes to fabric and leather strap. Fair to good condition for age.
1525: Australian Slouch Hat size 57, marked Mountcastle 2000, Made In Australian”. Compete with puggaree, chin strap, Australian Army badge to side and Artillery badge to front. VGC
1526: Australian Slouch Hat size 6 7/8, marked Made by Fayrefield Melbourne 1974, Made In Australian” Compete with puggaree, chin strap, Australian Army Signals badge to side. VGC
1527: Hat - Soviet Army Peak Hat complete with Soviet enamel cap badge. Previous owners name on the inside. A clean and tidy example in GC.
1528: Lemon Squeezer Hat, with NZ Onward badge and red pugaree. Made by The Hat Factory NZ. Size 60cm. Some wear to brim otherwise GC.
1529: Lot of Two Battle Dress Tunics for Cadets, three khaki berets, one dated 1943 another dated 1944. Plus one pair of Battle Dress breeches. GC
1530: Two German Poncho Jackets, one Eastern brown Corp belt. Two Army clothes brushes and boxed Cavalry Men's Military set of brushes.
1531: Indian "Sam Brown" Style Sword Belt. Brown leather 48mm wide with brass buckles and loops. Sword frog and straps attached. No makers marks. Large brass plate buckle with silver metal badge, Victorian Crown above Garter "Bengal Cavalry" and in the centre the numeral "1" The outer edge of the garter bordered with laurels. No shoulder straps fitted but concealable rings fitted. Normal wear and tear to leather but VGC for age.
1532: Uniform. Service Dress Jacket, Khaki Type 3 1929 khaki drill jacket. NZ made with brass New Zealand Forces buttons. Captain's Pips and NZ Corp of Signals badges on the collar. Soiled but otherwise VGC
1533: Uniform. South African Police Tunic, shirt and Sam Brown belt. Blue collar with brass buttons and collar insignia. Short sleeve shirt has SAT shoulder insignia. VGC.
1534: Uniform. Lot of 1 x Colonels White Mess Jacket with rank and Corp badges. Service Dress Tunic and Trousers with Lieutenant's insignia. Tunic has Corp badges missing and holes where some rank has been removed. Black tunic and trousers with red stripe. All insignia removed except shoulder strap buttons for NZ Engineers. Comes with a Sam Brown belt. GC.
1535: Air Pistol. Crossman .177 cal Gas Operated pistol. .44 Peacemaker 4 1/2" barrel, metal with much finish remaining and appears in GC. S/N 02810789-0
1536: Air Pistol. Record .177 break open Air Pistol fitted with an adjustable rear sight. 7" barrel metal a dull finish, action possibly at fault. Fair to G o/a C.
1537: Air Pistol. Daisy Model 790 Gas Operated Pistol. 8" barrel with all finish and showing very little use. Come in makers box complete with instructions and other related pamphlets. Appears in as new condition. S/N F206469
1538: Air Pistol. .22cal Webley Senior Air Pistol. 6 1/2" barrel with much good blue finish. Spring strong. Bore good, grips in GC showing little wear. A nice pistol in G o/a C. S/N 785 Pic
1539: Air Pistol. .177cal Crossman 137 Made in Fairport NY USA. Black plastic grips with C in centre, blued finish with pump handle under barrel. VGC.
1540: Air Pistol. Made in Czechoslovakia and mkd ZVP and Bruno Z in a circle. Has a wooden grip and is shaped like a Luger with tangent sight. GC
1541: Revolver .230RF Tranter No.1 7 Shot Revolver. 2.5" hexagon barrel, bore badly pitted. Bronze frame with Tranter oval patent stamp. Barrel and cylinder with even brown patina, L/H side of frame has vice marks. Barrel has W.Richards Melbourne stamped on top. Later variation with straight arbour release lever. Appears to have replacement cylinder rod. (Ref pg 99-100 "Firearms of William Tranter" by Ron Stewart) S/N 6280. GWO & C. Pic
1542: Revolver, .32RF Smith & Wesson New Model No. 1 ˝ 5 Shot Revolver. 3 ˝” barrel. Bore worn. Metalwork has no original finish remaining. Makers name engraved along back strap (“?? Baker & Son, Fleet St. London”). Action at fault. Wooden grips in good condition. Serial Number 79804. FC. Pic
1543: Pistols (2): Pair screw-off barrel type percussion pistols. 75mm barrels. Approx .50 cal. Both have mottled metalwork finish with ‘bag handle’ wooden grips and foliate engraving on actions. NVN.
1544: Pistol: .38 cal Reproduction Pedersoli Single Shot, muzzle loading percussion pistol. 260mm octagonal barrel. Barrel in the white. Action, hammer and trigger guard blued. Checkered red wooden grips with splits near fore end. Good strong action. GC. S/N 80918. ENDORSED LICENCE REQUIRED. Pic

1550: Pistol: .22 cal Russian Sportowy Semi-auto pistol. Rust and cleaned areas on slide. There are no aluminium cases included that allow the normal .22 cal cartridges to be loaded. S/N S5742. Fair Condition. ENDORSED LICENCE REQUIRED.
